Do you ship your beer directly to consumers?
Yes, we currently ship to select states where law permits. Please check our shipping map during checkout to see if your location is eligible for direct delivery.
How should I store my Side Project bottles?
We recommend storing our barrel-aged beers in a cool, dark place, ideally at a consistent cellar temperature between 45°F and 55°F. Bottles should be stored upright to minimize sediment contact with the cork.
Can I pick up my online order at the Brewery?
Absolutely. You can select 'Brewery Pickup' at checkout. Please bring a valid ID matching the name on the order. Orders must be picked up within 14 days of purchase.
What is your return policy on beer?
Due to the nature of alcohol sales and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on beer once it has left our premises. If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
Most of our beers are vegan; however, some specific releases may contain honey, lactose, or other adjuncts. Please refer to the specific product description for a full ingredient list.
Why is there sediment in the bottom of my bottle?
Many of our beers are bottle-conditioned, meaning they undergo a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This process creates natural carbonation and a small amount of yeast sediment, which is a sign of a living, handcrafted product.
