Return Process

    Carefully examine your package upon arrival and document any visible damage to the packaging or products with clear photographs.

    Email our cellar team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos to initiate a claim for damaged or incorrect items.

    Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping label if the item is eligible for a return or replacement.
